The Aliveness Project is open 9 am – 4 pm Monday-Friday. Members are warmly welcomed to hang out and socialize as well as access services. Members of the public are welcome to donate, volunteer, and access HIV testing and PrEP.
Aliveness members are welcome to enjoy a hot lunch onsite Monday-Friday from 12 – 2 pm, no appointment needed. Members may bring a guest to eat for free up to 4 times a month and members’ children under 13 eat for free.
Join our mental health practitioner Bianca Bodine-Haag for a free support group open to all Aliveness members! “Mental Health Mondays” is held every-other-Monday from 1 – 2 pm. It’s a mental health support group for members to gain support and skills to manage emotional health. Contact [email protected] or (612) 822-7946, ext. 220 with questions. All members are welcome, no RSVP needed.

Aliveness members and folks living with HIV can drop in to for walk-in housing support every Tuesday from 10 – noon and 1 – 2:30 pm. Services include: housing needs assessment, coordinated entry assessment, referrals for some housing services, one-time housing consultation, information about current openings, waitlists, and financial assistance. Assistance is first come, first served.
All members are welcome to join Jackie and Joe Reyes in playing bingo in the dining room for prizes before lunch! Bingo is called every Tuesday at 11 am.

This recovery meeting is open to the public and held Tuesdays at 6 pm. The “SMART” in Smart Recovery stands for Self-Management And Recovery Training. It is a transformative method of moving from addictive substances and negative behaviors to a life of positive self-regard and willingness to change. Narcotics Anonymous meets at Aliveness every Wednesday at 8 pm and Saturday at 10 am. It’s an open meeting, all are welcome. Please come to the side parking lot door and ring the buzzer.
Due to snow, extreme subzero temperatures/windchill, and poor travel conditions, The Aliveness Project will be CLOSED on Thursday, December 22 and Friday, December 23.
