Our dedicated team of counselors, social workers, and recovery specialists offer therapies from a person- centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused lens. Struggling with depression or anxiety? Need someone to talk to about your gender identity or a recent trauma? The Aliveness Project provides mental health services tailored to your individual needs.

We provide a safe space for no-judgement counseling to ALL people. We prioritize communities at increased risk for HIV, other sexually transmitted infections, and Hepatitis C. This includes folks who are LGBTQIA+, trans, non-binary, and gender expansive, people of color, people who use substances, women and femmes, youth, sex workers, uninsured individuals, and immigrants.

No client is turned away due to an inability to pay.

We offer in-person sessions and teletherapy options. For appointments call 612-822-7946 or email us at [email protected]. We accept most major health plans and offer sliding scale, equity-based pricing for our mental health services. Each session lasts one hour.
