Living with intention helps us – when it’s our time – to live into dying with intention. Death Doulas help people to prepare for death: the more you know about death and dying, the less fear you’ll have and you just might lean into the idea of becoming friends with the inevitable.
Death Doulas help with the practical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of living. Working through the practical (wills, trusts, POLSTs, Advanced Health Care Directives), emotional (legacy projects, unfinished business, rituals for release), and spiritual (forgiveness, understanding, leaning into mystery).
