Members, join Josef, our volunteer yoga instructor, for a gentle session that focuses on breathing and stretching. Open to beginners, yoga mats provided. Accommodations can be made for people of all physical conditions.

Program HH Help Available

Rob Kacheroski, Customer Care Specialist from Program HH, will be available at The Aliveness Project on Tuesdays from 12 – 2 pm for assistance on a walk-in basis. He can review your benefits and handle annual applications as well as six month updates.

MAC Meeting
Oct 23 @ 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

The Membership Advisory Committee (MAC) is a group of Aliveness members that have stepped forward in a leadership capacity. MAC members are expected to attend monthly meetings to offer feedback on Aliveness policies and operation, as well as volunteer for special events.

To participate in the MAC, you must be a member of The Aliveness Project, complete and submit a MAC application to the Front Desk, and be voted in by the existing council.
