Wellness Walk @ Leaves from The Aliveness Project Dining Room

Join Stephanie and Paul (Aliveness staff) for a short wellness walk around the neighborhood every Tuesday and Thursday at 12:30 pm. The walk leaves from the dining room and all fitness levels are welcome! Pets also welcome.

T’ai Chi @ The Alivenes Project Community Room

MAC Meeting
Oct 24 @ 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm

The Membership Advisory Committee (MAC) is a group of Aliveness members that have stepped forward in a leadership capacity. MAC members are expected to attend monthly meetings to offer feedback on Aliveness policies and operation, as well as volunteer for special events.

To participate in the MAC, you must be a member of The Aliveness Project, complete and submit a MAC application to the Front Desk, and be voted in by the existing council.
