Insurance Aliveness Project & THRIVE Accepts

The Aliveness Project provides quality queer-focused care to hundreds of insured and uninsured members and clients. We also accept many insurance plans*, in addition to Medicaid and Medicare.

We are in-network with the following insurance providers, both commercial and state-sponsored plans, and is able to bill your insurance for in-person and/or telehealth sessions as applicable:

If your plan offers out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. We highly encourage people to contact their insurance provider directly to confirm their benefits and coverage before their first appointment. THRIVE clinical services offers financial help for PrEP appointments, STI testing and treatment, behavioral health counseling, and other services to qualifying patients who are uninsured or underinsured and have low income.
