Need help with housing costs?

If you’ve lost income due to COVID-19, emergency financial help is available for housing costs like rent, mortgage payments, and utilities.

You may qualify for help with housing costs if you:

  • Live in Hennepin County
  • Have current household income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Guideline (about $65,160 for a family of three)
  • Lost income due to COVID-19
  • Can’t afford housing costs this month or have unpaid rent and bills from past months
  • Are not currently receiving Section 8 or other rental assistance
