The Syringe Exchange van gets toured by CCX Media. The Syringe Exchange van has been a successful approach for reducing harm of HIV being spread through methods like reused syringes. The van additionally provides NARCAN medication to reduce overdoses in the community. Outreach and Prevention staff Jay Orne says more.
