Dear Friends,
This fall is a busy time for Aliveness. As the cold weather sets in, we continue to see increased demand for our services, including The Aliveness Community Kitchen. They are busier than ever, serving 250-300 meals a day!
Over the last few months Aliveness has been expanding, including our housing program, which is why I am excited to announce the launch of new services!
We are so grateful to receive new funding for people living with HIV experiencing homelessness. In October, we were able to launch new programs that will house nearly 100 people a year!
Housing is healthcare and being unhoused is one of our greatest barriers to keeping people healthy, safe, and ending HIV.
Thanks to you, this winter we can provide meals, housing, and support to our community members in need!
All the best,
Matt Toburen
Executive Director
